Delhi Police chief receives threat to kill PM Modi

Security agencies in Delhi are on alert after the official email id of Delhi Police Commissioner Amulya Patnaik received a death threat on Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The threat is in the form of a one-liner and mentions the specific date in 2019 on which the PM will be allegedly attacked. The details of the mail have not been disclosed yet.

Sources have told India Today TV that the email was sent from a jail in Assam.

Security and intelligence agencies have been alerted and they have started investigating the matter.
